Your freedom ends, where my nose begins !!

‘Why don’t you just close the tap while you are cleaning the car, lot of water is getting wasted’ I said to my neighbor, pointing to the flowing tap water. ‘What is your problem man?’ was the reply that I got from him. ‘Tap is mine, I am paying for the water, my car and this is a free country so I have the right to do whatever I want’ he added in one go and left me speechless. Well not exactly, in fact even I have the similar rights, one of them is right to freedom of speech, which I am just using here to elaborate our fundamental rights as a Indian citizen…

Right to equality
Oh yes of course, every common man in India is treated equally, awfully, all our politicians are equally corrupt, all rules and regulations are getting treated equally, badly. Of course there are some exceptions like, if there is riot, Hindu is not equal to Muslim. If there is election upper cast is not equal to lower ones. If there is a reservation, male is not equal to female. Well then exceptions are everywhere. Otherwise all are equal, isn’t it?
Right to freedom
Someone said ‘your freedom ends where my nose begins’. Now here ‘your’ and ‘my’ is not defined, so in practice, no one cares who’s who. India is free country you know. You can spit from the Qutubminar, you can wet any public wall, you can smoke in the public transport and you can bribe the cop if at all in a rare case you get caught. Go ahead you are free and you have the right to freedom. Cheers.
Right against exploitation
I think in this one ‘to’ have been replaced by ‘against’, because no one is against it, everyone has a right to exploit, whether it is in form the minors working in tea stalls or oldies loading sack in a tuck, whether it is in form of eve teasing with college going girls or working women, whether asking bribe to a job seeking grown up or admission seeking young one. Everybody gets exploited. Note: here right to equality is thoroughly applied.
Right to freedom of religion
There is a hidden star at the end of this right. You can accept any religion. Then by default you get the freedom to exploit other ones as a side effect. You have complete freedom to boast about your religion in public and vice versa. If at all someone abuses you personally, you have full right to connect it with your religion and in that case your right to exploitation is successfully enabled.
Cultural and educational rights
Everybody in India has right to preserve his culture, if someone is not following you ask them to leave the region. In terms of education all poor can study in a government school, sitting on ground in a dark, no-electric room and all rich children can study in an international school having 3D classrooms.
Rights to constitutional remedies
If anyone dares to deny you any of your fundamental right, you are free to go to court. Where you will find all your rights automatically denied. If at all you want to know how? Just file a case and see…
P.S. These rights for all. So you can go ahead and use it…just take care of my nose...Jai Hind !!
