Breaking News: Ghor Kalyug

‘This is too much for me to handle, what you are doing to that lady is not good, people call her their mother, what has happened to your bloody righteousness? All my life I was standing beside you as a brother, never questioned your integrity but now time has come for me to move out. I will no longer support you in your wrong deeds.’ After speaking his heart out, Vibhishan left the court of Ravana.

All the leaders were tensed and started thinking of a way to get back the support they have lost. ‘What about the other two siblings?’ Digvijaya, one of the prominent rakshas, (Also won Upadhi of Pigvijaya, cause he can kill pigs just by his tongue), questioned. ‘Kumbhkaran is sleeping and need to be awaken to ask for his support and we have no doubt on Surpanakha’s loyalty, she has always been an equal participant, in fact she has a huge hand in abducting the so called mother.

Breaking News: Congress party in continues talk with TMC for its support. Mamta Banergy says, ‘We can’t support a party who is responsible for the suffering of Bharat Mata and beloved Bharatvasi. Samajvadi party is still silent on the current proceedings and Mulayam Singh Yadav plays the game of ‘wait and watch’

‘My lord! We are sure that Vibhishan is no longer going to be a part of our sabha. Other rakshas guys have seen him crossing the sea and singing the same song which our enemies sing, which is something like ‘ram ram japna…’ listening to this, Digvijaya stands up and asks for a permission to speak. ‘who can stop you from speaking Pigvijaya’ someone from the corner end murmurs. Digvijaya ignores. ‘Vibhishan is a small guy, his leaving will not at all affect our army, just we have to make sure that kumbhkaran is still with us and as far as I know he is still sleeping. Give me a chance Maharaj, I will make sure he awakes if not supports’ we could hear someone from the corner saying ‘for that you have to just keep speaking’ which was succeeded by a little laughter. Digvijaya ignores.

Breaking News: Mulayam singh Yadav says, ‘We will keep opposing FDI and diesel price hike. We will oppose this in Lok Sabha also, we will support the Bharat Bandh’ But just opposite to the statement Samajvadi party has decided to continue their support to the UPA government.

‘Prabhu! I am supporting you just because you are my elder brother. But whatever you are doing to mata is not appropriate. I am just saving your ass by not leaving you and that is it. don’t expect more’ saying this he stood up and walked out of the sabha. People sitting near the door could listen him humming ‘ram ram japna…’

Breaking News: Opposition party calls for Bharat Bandh, huge loss to the economy. Prime Minister Manmohan singh to explain price hikes and FDI policy in Parliament.

Enemy camp is getting ready to attack. They want their mata to be free of Rakshas…you idiot don’t spread such rumors and concentrate on original Goal. Can’t you see everyone is pissed off, they just want this Ravana to go, that’s it, mata is just an virtual symbol and a great opportunity. So just see the eye of the bird, who knows you might end up being next Ravana.
“Then why are we singing the song ‘ram ram japna?’ the other monkey asked. ‘Well because of the next line of it….’ram ram japna…paraya maal apna’ groaned the monkey. ‘Then where is Lord Rama?’ I already told you don’t spread such rumors. Its no Satyug’. Listening to this the other monkey said, ‘Ghor kalyug’

In the court of Ravana, all are eagerly waiting for the Lord to speak and the wait still continues…

Breaking News: Jesus was married…and Digvijaya Singh said we have entered an era of ‘Ghor Kalyug’  we could hear a laugh in the parliyament.

Indian Penal Code section 124 (sedition)

Affection cannot be manufactured or regulated by law — Mahatma Gandhi
This is what Mahatma has to say about this particular section of the Indian Penal Code.

Aseem Trivedi arrested and sent on a 14 day remand by Mumbai police on the charge of sedition (against the Indian Penal Code’s section 124A. I have given a word to word text of this section at the end of this article).

A cartoonist by profession, made wolfs instead of Lions depicting National Emblem, wrote ‘Bhrastmave Jayte’ in the place of ‘Satyamave Jayte’. I don’t find it sedition. Does it not reflect the current situation of the country? If a Nation like ours cannot digest a humorously harsh comment on a truthful situation, isn’t it a matter of shame?

This article is not against this Law. I completely support it. In fact if I was the supreme ruler of the country this would have been the first law to be passed. After all nobody should speak against his king. Right?

So here it goes, this law was written in late 19th century by the British as a foreign policy. And to be true thereafter it was never changed. We took it as is or I should say blindly from the monarchy. The only change made was the words ‘His Majesty’s Government’ were replaced by ‘Government established’ in the section…irony.

British rulers used it against us to suppress our voices. Mahatma Gandhi himself was charged with sedition under this law and he called it as anti-liberty, anti-justice and anti-truth. And now Government is using it yet again for the very same reason. What difference does the date 15th August 1947 had made?

Hope, by this article, I have not commented against the Indian Government. I just thought of using Article19.
